HOW IT WORKS

SUPPLY POLICY

Our store works on a supply by demand structure, so we do not keep stock of any items locally (Excluding spares) instead we place an order for all the items bought by customers throughout the month at the end of each month (27th).

Keeping that in mind, logically we won't be able to supply you with certain items immediately.

In regards to placing an order we have compiled step by step instructions on how to do so.

Step 1: Find the items that you are looking to buy and add them to your cart.

Step 2: Go to the checkout page, fill in your details and proceed to payment (includes a 50% deposit).

Step 3: After you have completed your order we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your order and the availability of your items locally.

Step 4: Waiting patiently...

Seeing as we do not keep clothing and leisure items in stock, they will have to be ordered on the 27th of the month, shipping normally takes between 7 to 14 working days depending on transport punctuality and the South African tax & customs agency. 

Upon receiving said goods we can ship anywhere in South Africa or alternatively collection or drop off at nearby circuits can be arranged.

RETURN & ORDER CANCELATION POLICIES

Orders that have been placed through our site or by email can be cancelled up until the 25th of the month without any penalties. But as soon as the main order has been placed with our supplier, a 50% deposit will be kept as a cancelation fee.

With regards to returns, we will not accept any returns unless the items are damaged and/or have missing components
